Crocus Investment Fund - Board member departure

WINNIPEG, Manitoba – Crocus Investment Fund announced that Paul Soubry Jr., who recently joined the Board of Directors of Crocus in October 2004, has stepped down.

Mr. Soubry holds the position of President, Standard Aero, and is active on other boards and advisory committees in the community. Mr. Soubry has indicated he is unable to afford the time and attention that participation on the Board will require, particularly in the coming weeks and months.
