The Crocus Investment Fund to cooperate fully with investigation

Winnipeg, Manitoba—The Board of Directors of Crocus Investment Fund today learned that the independent prosecutor from the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General has completed a review of the auditor general's (OAG) report on the Crocus Investment Fund and recommended the matter be referred to the police for a criminal investigation. In response to this news, Alfred Black, President and CEO of Crocus, issued the following statement:

"If and when the RCMP ask for assistance, we will support the investigation in any way we can. They are in the best position to determine if any wrongdoing happened in the past and the Board will wait to hear the results of the investigation. In the interim, the Board and management remain focused on the future and are doing everything possible to realize maximum value for shareholders."
